Usain Bolt to Run in New York

Usain Bolt will run the 100 meters June 12 in an Adidas Grand Prix meet on Randalls Island, where he set his first world record, in the 100, in 2008. Bolt won the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, all in world-record time. ¶Thomas Dold needed 10 minutes 16 seconds to earn his record-tying fifth consecutive win in the Empire State Building Run-Up to the 86th-floor observation deck. Dold, 25, beat a fellow German, Matthias Jahn, up the 1,576 steps by 40 seconds. Melissa Moon, 40, of Wellington, New Zealand, placed first among women in 13:13. empire
